In Borg of Pripyat you are thrown into the 1990s, in a world where the Soviet Union never fell. The Chernobyl disaster wasn’t a human error, but the result of the Eridu asteroid fragments. From these alien remnants, eridite was extracted, a revolutionary material used for nuclear fuel. This has turned the USSR into an energy superpower.
But eridite comes with a heavy cost: twisted creatures, ghostly apparitions and destructive weather are all consequences of this perilous resource. In this world, every choice matters, and the consequences of your actions can change humanity’s fate. You play as an extraordinary protagonist, ready to explore Soviet power corridors and the underground of dead cities like Pripyat, facing dark secrets and forbidden truths.
